Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Drixal ERP platform ('Service') provided by NextBridge Co., a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its registered office at Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Definitions

'User' refers to any individual or entity using the Service. 'Content' refers to any data, information, or material provided by the User to the Service. 'Subscription' refers to the paid plan for accessing the Service.

Use of Service

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Service in compliance with these Terms, including maintaining the security of your account credentials and not engaging in unauthorized activities such as hacking, data scraping, or distributing malicious code, in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s Anti-Cyber Crime Law.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for any Content you upload or share through the Service. You must not use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, or intellectual property infringement, as prohibited under Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law and Anti-Cyber Crime Law. You agree to comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees through approved payment gateways in Saudi Arabia. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by NextBridge Co. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your Subscription. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, NextBridge Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any Content. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in activities that harm our systems or other users, or fail to pay applicable fees, in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law. You may terminate your account by contacting us at legal[at]drixal-sa.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
