At Drixal ERP, we offer a 14-day free trial to allow you to fully evaluate our SaaS platform before committing to a paid subscription. This Refunds Policy, compliant with Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law, outlines your rights to cancel during the trial and the limited circumstances under which refunds may be granted for paid subscriptions.

Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds

During the 14-day free trial, you may cancel your access to Drixal ERP at any time without cost, as no payment is required. For paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date if the service is not as described or fails to meet contractual obligations, as per Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law. Refunds are not offered for change of mind after the trial period, given the comprehensive 14-day free trial.

Cancellation and Refund Process

To cancel during the 14-day free trial, log into your Drixal ERP account and follow the cancellation instructions in the account settings, or contact our support team at support[at]drixal-sa.com. To request a refund for a paid subscription, email support[at]drixal-sa.com with your account details and a detailed explanation of the issue, including evidence of any fault. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s E-Commerce Law. All refund requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the criteria above are not met.
